How I work
I am dedicated to identifying positive, practical solutions within your educational setting through building collaborative relationships. My primary objective is to support the success and progress of your pupils, whether through adaptive teaching strategies or personalised learning approaches.
I offer expertise in enhancing your team's knowledge and skills in SEND, as well as developing your SEND provision and broader educational strategies. Throughout this process, I prioritise the well-being of all individuals involved.
Coaching and mentoring have become integral to my practice. Staying informed about current trends and developments in the wider educational landscape is essential to me as a professional. I actively pursue ongoing professional development and collaborate with various partners to maintain the relevance of my work. Currently, I work directly with several schools, serve as a personal tutor for trainee teachers, provide supervision for Special Educational Needs Coordinators and deliver training as part of a national Initial Teacher Training Programme. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of Early Career Teacher CPD materials and deliver training for the NPQ SENCo course.
Please get in touch to discuss your needs:
I look forward to hearing from you.
