Welcome to R&L Education Specialist Teaching Service.

I am Ruth Glynn, a dedicated SEND consultant with over 20 years experience in the education sector. My background includes roles as a primary teacher, specialist teacher and senior leader, with a career spanning both mainstream and independent schools in the UK and internationally. 

I have successfully led a specialist teaching service for a local authority and served as a senior leader within the NHS.

My mission is to support education providers in achieving the best possible outcomes for all children. I aim to empower educators with the tools, strategies and insights needed to foster an inclusive, effective learning environment.
